Pothole Management

Harpath is a pothole grievance management system. It has mapped 1.5 lakh roads managed by 7 different departments of Haryana on ISRO's GIS Platform 'Bhuvan'. A grievance, once registered, is marked directly to the concerned engineer, thus creating accountability and transparency. In the first 6 months, 15000+ potholes have been repaired by 500+ engineers within 7 days of receiving the grievance.

Paperless Governance

e-Office is an initiative to make file movement in Haryana Government paperless, giving complete visibility on the status of each file. As part of this unparalleled initiative, 15 crore government files across 13 departments and 22 districts are being digitized. 1.5 lakh+ employees have already been on-boarded on to the system within 3 months of its launch.

SARAL Citizen Service Delivery

Citizen service delivery across the country is mired with delays and bribes. To streamline this for 2.8 crore citizens of Haryana, Antyodaya SARAL provides 500+ services across 36 departments on a single web platform, at 80+ state-of-the-art citizen touchpoints and through 6000+ Common Service Centres in villages. This unprecedented initiative has eliminated the middleman and enabled a paperless and cashless system.
