Glimpses of Our Work
Review & monitoring of National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme was strengthened through an innovative mechanism to incentivize establishments in Haryana to recruit apprentices. Within 10 months of initiation, 25000+ apprentices have been appointed across public and private establishments. Haryana being far ahead of other states, has received the "Change of Change" award from Government of India.
Partnership With Aggregators
A paradigm shift in Government of Haryana’s approach helped establish win-win partnerships with aggregators such as Uber, Ola, G4S. The government provides aggregators creating new job opportunities with access to unemployed youth. This has resulted in 5000+ additional youth receiving employment in a short span of 2 months. Targeted outreach and strategically organized job fairs contribute to fast-tracking the process.
Reforming Govt. Recruitment
Government recruitment across the country suffers from chronic delays. Recruitment of Haryana Government employees by its Staff Selection Commission was fast-tracked through a series of interventions including policy changes, technological enablement and regular reviews. 12000+ recruitments took place in the last 6 months, which is double the average annual recruitment that Haryana has seen in past several years.
