Why is it important?

The 2025 Mahakumbh in Prayagraj set a record as one of the largest human gatherings, with over 660 million (66 crore) people attending over 45 days.

Collaborated with Prayagraj Mela Authority & UPDESCO worked with Bhashini, Krutrim, EkStep, Gupshup, AWS, Reverie

Enabled users to converse and utilise the chatbot in 11 languages

Developed multichannel service through WhatsApp and a Web App for users to access the chatbot

Rolled out 10 use cases across 3 categories - Information, Navigation and Memory for citizens to access
